| AHSA Reporting |
Use this report to send the
results to AHSA for final results reporting |
| Breed Points Earned |
For those breeds that have the
national points available, this report will show (by class) all of the entries earning
points. The report sorts the total points earned (all judges) in descending order so that
the winner of the class will be shown first. |
| Breed Reporting |
This is a form that is used to
select final results to the breed association. Reference the following section for a
description of each item. |
| Class Master |
Use this report when you are
setting up your show. Some may find it easier to work from a hard copy report when
assigning class numbers to their database. Use the "Class Master" selection on
show setup to enter or assign class numbers when you are ready. |
| Class Sheets |
Prints the entries in the show for
the announcer or gate person |
| Class Totals |
Provides a report suitable for
posting so that the exhibitors can determine class counts for classes not yet run. |
| Daily Deposit |
Provides an accounting of monies
received |
| Exhibitor Listing |
Provides exhibitor listing sorted
in various sequences. A form is displayed allowing you to select the desired report. |
| Financial Summary |
Provides financial report showing
how income was distributed i.e. Stalls, office fees etc. Also provides a breakdown of
classes which can be at your choosing. For instance a multi-breed show you might set it up
by breed and a single breed show you might break it down by youth, amateur, open etc. |
| Financial Reports by Entry # |
Provides an audit report with same
format as summary but shows each entry separately. |
| Label Printing |
Provides facilities for printing
class labels, owner labels or trainer labels. Class labels are used to place on your
judge’s cards while owner and trainer labels would be used for mailings. |
| Owner Name & Address |
Provides a listing of the owner
file. Elements on the report are Entry#, Name of horse, Name of owner, Address of owner
and Phone number of owner |
| Performance Report |
Provides exhibitors with a report
that shows their horses’ placing on each class, number in the class and the judges.
Some Secretaries have chosen to charge additionally for this service at $1.00 per judge
for the report. |
| Photographer’s Report |
Provides a detail report for your
Photographer of all the entries in the show. |
| Prize Money Report |
Provides a form to selecting Prize
Money Reports. |
| Stall Assignments |
Provides a dialog for printing the
stall report. The dialog allows you to specify the breed and the order of the stall report |
| Trainer Statements |
Provides a Billing Statement for
each trainer that shows the detail and amount owed for each of the owners. |
