From New Jersey ... I was overwhelmed with the challenge of running a horse show for the first time. The show secretary from the year before quit in a flood of tears. One of her problems had been bad record keeping, causing her to lose money, and the inability to track the ever dynamic changes of horses, riders and classes with swiftness and accuracy during the course of the show. I decided to start over with a new software package, realizing the basic building blocks of what we worked with for software could make or break us. I chose Perfected Technology Systems's Show Secretary98 and after a hands-on experience at my first show I was glad I did. Not only was Show Secretary98 excellent at record keeping and easy to use, Vic was always there to answer my questions, guide me step-by-step when I had a problem and gave me the support I needed. I recommend it highly without hesitation.... From breed leaders to announcer to judges and exhibitors -- all wanted to know where they could buy this software. From Pennsylvania ... Vic is absolutely fantastic about technical support. I received my copy of Show Secretary 98 and called him to walk me through the program step by step. From Tennessee ... The ShowSec program was excellent! Even with lightning knocking our computer down three times on Friday night, we did not lose even one piece of data! It is easy to understand, the printouts are clear, complete, and the support has been unbelievable, we even had Vic Spainhower's cell phone number this past weekend for any emergency question that might have arisen. I want to drop you an email for a couple reasons.
First, I want to thank you for the quick responses to any
support questions we asked. ShowSec is a very comprehensive program that
suited our needs. With a show series as large as ours, switching over to a
completely new system was something that I needed to go smoothly, and
whenever my staff had a question or concern, you were right there with the
answer. I have already made the decision to continue using ShowSec in 2003
for our ever-expanding show series, and will continue to offer suggestions for
your consideration for future updates.
