In the Show Secretary software you will find a convenient button that
allows you to send us your database titled EZ Mail Support. This button
is found on the main screen of Show Secretary.
To configure this support option you must first
setup the email information, press the email setup and enter your email
address and select Show Secretary Default Server and then close this screen.
Now you can provide a complete description of the
problem that you are having in the space provided. Also, insure your correct
email address was transferred correctly to the problem description screen.
Insure you are connected to the internet and press
the Prepare button to create the zip file with your database. When complete
press the "Send" button to transmit your database.
