Having Problems - need Help?

When you are having problems with a show it will almost always be required that you send us your database to determine resolution of your problem.  I like to compare this to when you are having problems with your car and you need a mechanic to check it  out. You will always need to take your car to the garage to get it looked at. A database problem is no different.

Procedure:

In the Show Secretary software you will find a convenient button that allows you to send us your database titled EZ Mail Support. This button is found on the main screen of Show Secretary.

To configure this support option you must first setup the email information, press the email setup and enter your email address and select Show Secretary Default Server and then close this screen.

Now you can provide a complete description of the problem that you are having in the space provided. Also, insure your correct email address was transferred correctly to the problem description screen.

Insure you are connected to the internet and press the Prepare button to create the zip file with your database. When complete press the "Send" button to transmit your database.
